Mum had a luxury manicure and pedicure today and it was fabulous. She is a little older and has been struggling with some confusion, but the staff were excellent. They made all the accommodations needed and made sure she was comfortable & safe throughout. Their communication with her was outstanding. So great to see that all clients of different abilities are welcomed. Even advised us what to book for next time to make it easier for her. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place ✨ Beautiful Ladies (the manager and a irish girl sorry forgot your names) 🥰 Thank you for my doing my nails and toes even though i was in a rush and then had to go and get my phone in the car to pay - thanks for trusting me 😊 So impressed with my nails but more impressed at being made to feel welcome and pampered. Appreciated the flexibility too. Being around Wilmslow and interacting with SOME people and businesses, theres so much profiling going on, whether consciously or unconsciously 🙄 so it was refreshing to just be able to not experience that at Townhouse and being made to feel like a person with feelings. Yeah its just ‘nails’ but never underestimate that for some people and their experiences its more than that. So thank you. Will book again soon and hopefully not in rush and will try the chrome 🪩 Also loved what felt like miniature toilets for a 6footer like me 😂😘 ✨

Amy was excellent for my pedicure yesterday. Not only is she technically very good- very precise & skilled. She was also very attentive, friendly and warm. This was my first experience at townhouse & I would return purely because Amy made such a great impression! Thank you x

Amazing first experience with Chloe… so friendly and professional, and a huge help assisting me in finding a perfect colour shade! I was genuinely shocked when she told me that it was her first day at the end of the appointment - you wouldn’t have guessed with her knowledge and how seamlessly everything went. I will be back for sure! Thank you so much Chloe for a dream pedicure ☺️

After trapping my nail in the car door today and ripping my thumb nail, causing it too bleed and hurting like hell, I walked into Townhouse desperately seeking someone to help do a repair. Daria stepped up straight away to take a look and advised she could deal with me in five minutes whilst she finished with her current client Daria was so gentle whilst she removed my existing gel to show where the rip was, cleaned the nail down m, advised on how to cut down once the pain had subsided and even treated my nail bed and nail with an antiseptic I am so grateful for her kindness and she is a credit to the Townhouse brand Thank you again xx
